Technical description

Heat shrink sleeve label machine adopts PLC programmable controller, imported servo motor, servo driver, frequency converter ; besides, it adopts the positioning module to ensure the casting label precise,rapid and stable. It not only has a highly precise position for casting label, but also can withstand the perfect shape of the bottle after shrinkage.
Heat shrink sleeve label machine applies to food & beverage industries as fruit juice, tea,drink, dairy products, pure water, condiments, beer and sports drink etc. Of all kinds of bottles; It suitable for various kinds of bottle types, for example: round bottle, square bottle, flat bottle, curved bottle and cup-shaped, etc. It not only has a highly precise position for casting label, but also can withstand the perfect shape of the bottle after shrinkage.

II. Steam shrinkage furnace

New-type steam shrinkage furnace, applicable to different and irregular round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles etc. Easy to adjust and maintain.

New-type steam shrinkage furnace, applicable to different and irregular round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles etc. Easy to adjust and maintain. It has an even shrinking function. The distribution of low-pressure steam drum and spouting way of steam are uniform and designed with seamless steel tube. The nozzle is divided into three adjustable segments, and the height, position and steam output of every segment can be adjusted respectively so as to gain the perfect shrinking effect. The whole machine is made of stainless steel with heat preservation, which not only saves energy, but also complies with the international safety standard. The stainless steel defrosting tray collects condense water. The whole machine adopts the water-proof design with the convenience of operation and maintenance.

Based on the original configuration, double layer holding furnace is manufactured to take effect on energy saving and environmental protection.

III. Electric shrink wrap

Features

Specially designed hot air shrink wrap, with better energy-saving efficiency. Shrinked products without water droplets outside, and direct package is available.

IV. Steam Generator

The water is fed into the series of wholly automatic electrical heating generator by high pressure potential vortex pump made of copper with short water-supply time and durable service. A floating ball for liquid level is fixed in the water tank to automatically control the water inlet. Working system is all automatically controlled. After connecting the water supply and power supple for 5 minutes or so, it can output the steam continuously with high working efficiency.
