Technical Description
Automatic inline piston filling machine is for different viscous liquid and cream with different bottle or jars. Through PLC, and servo motor, it can be changed to fill different volume on touch screen. No bottle no filling. The above mentioned parts are made of stainless steel 304. The body of pump is made of stainless steel 304 for chemical liquid, and SUS316 for food liquid. Piston filler is suitable for bottles like square bottles, round bottles, special shaped bottle, totally matching GMP requirements.
Automatic Piston Type Liquid filling machine 100ml is mainly used for bottling of daily chemical, agricultural chemical, food, personal care and pharmaceutics industry.
