Product introduction

This straight-line gas bottle washer utilizes a servo motor to drive an RV reducer, which rotates the bottle-clamping grippers on the shaft for inversion motion. The washing heads feature pneumatic lifting, with a blower providing both air injection and suction. Electrostatic ions generated by an ionizer are delivered into the bottles along with filtered compressed air. Simultaneous internal suction evacuates contaminants, ensuring thorough interior cleaning.

Rinsing Bottle Washing Machine is widely used in bottle inside washing of food, beverage, daily chemical, agricultural chemical, food, personal care and pharmaceutics industry.
