When the container reaches the electric eye detection position, the computer host controls the label delivery system to deliver the label, and after a label delivery action is completed, the high-speed cutter cuts off a label; Because Sanyo small inertia high-speed servo motor is adopted, the accuracy and stability of high-speed bid sending and cutting are ensured.
The cut label is sent to the gluing system; In this part, the system glues the front and rear edges of the label, which makes the consumption of hot melt adhesive the lowest.
When the glued label is turned to the labeling position, the label can be accurately and effectively adhered to the container. Because the container is in a rotating state during the label conveying process, the label can be stably and tightly attached to the container. The adhesive tape at the glue tail can form a good label lap seal, thus completing a labeling process. Suitable for labeling OPP/bopp hot melt adhesive, film label, paper-plastic composite film, label, paper label on plastic, metal, glass and other round containers. Labeling stations: 12, 15, 18, 24, 30, can be specially designed according to customer requirements.
